Registration Information

Registration is listed for the 8-week series, your purchase signifies commitment to the full series. We do not offer make-up sessions.
You will receive a link to our SEL Club Intake Questionnaire via email after purchase. Please complete this form at least 72 hours prior to your first session to ensure your child's participation.
Best fit of the cohort is assessed using the information you provide on the intake form and by the facilitating occupational therapist during the first session. We will reach out to you privately if and only if alternative recommendations need to be made.
