Insurance

We are not in network with any insurance providers aside from a case-by case vendor agreement with Kaiser.  All services otherwise are self-pay. However, we can provide billing coding as requested to facilitate your efforts to pursue a reimbursement claim from your insurer. All coding required by insurance companies will be provided on each monthly invoice.  It is the responsibility of our clients to submit the paid invoices to insurance for any reimbursement of services rendered.
